Day In The Life : Living With Mental Illness

1. Must be available for 2 filming days before the deadline of April 21.
2. Full releases must be signed by all adult participants and both parents/guardians of minor participants allowing for full social media and marketing use of all materials created.
3. Featured participant must have a mental illness diagnosis by a licensed professional.
4. Must be willing to openly share about your journey with mental health.
